“Superb taste. May I still order some more? The Big Jim. I roast it then blend it with onions and tomatoes and salt and pepper and there you go. It’s very hot but very good. Great on hamburgers, great with nachos. Thanks again. Let me know if I can get some more.”

“Very impressed. I normally buy my chile when I'm in NM during the season. I couldn't find any Lumbre this year and had to look to the internet. I was wary about ordering online but this is indeed the real deal. Perfect heat, could not be happier. My Father in law, a self described chile connoisseur came down from Ruidoso last week and gave his blessing after trying some. Thanks!”
