“They were good but just not very hot. I understand it was one of those years and lumbre were not that hot. I like them really hot, so they were just ok. How would I know if they are hit next year before I place an order?”

“Chiles arrived in great shape. I actually used an outside gas burner to roast skins and then carefully stuffed with queso fresco to make Chile rellenos. Froze the medium chiles for later use. Love your store Tom”
