“My annual self-indulgence arrived fresh and tasty again this year! I have a few to my boss with the caveat that XTRA HOT means extra hot! I’m drying a few and freezing most of them to add to dishes throughout the year. It’s so nice to have a taste of home.”

“Bought the guarantee, order came fresh with very few red ones..communication of any delay of order due to weather was communicated well..Nothing better then NM Chile. A little goes a long way! Great taste and awesome heat! Will be ordering next year!”

“Always happy with my chiles from the Chile Store, however this years crop was above and beyond. I am rarely satisfied with the amount of heat in even my x-tra hot. Not this time. My nose runs like everybody else's. Great flavor with outstanding heat. Makes me really miss my grandmother. It's because of her that I have an undying love of the New Mexico chile. I've been buying here for many years and will for many more. I can find them cheaper but not with the confidence that I have here.”
