“These chilies are exactly what I expected! The flavor of hatch green chilies is to die for, but you add the heat in these to their flavor and they are addicting. They are hot though, beware. Perfect for cooking, but I ate a lot off the grill after roasting. I wish my house could smell like freshly roasted green chilies 24/7, the smell is great too. The product was fresh as could be when it arrived, I highly recommend.”

“Each year my husband looks forward to receiving his fresh Chile’s, roasting them and then packing and freezing them for use all winter. He combines them with white American cheese to make queso to dip chips at the end of his work day. Great tasting!”
