“Chili's arrived quickly and you could smell them before you opened the box. Roasted them within a day of reviving and they were delish. Great flavor with just the right amount of heat. Chili rellenos were perfect! Very pleased.”

“I ordered Medium chiles, and they have absolutely no heat. They're as spicy as a bell pepper. I know there can be variability in heat, but these were milder than the Mild chiles I bought last month. Pretty disappointed, to be honest. The company ships quickly, and the chiles are fresh, so there are no complaints there. But, I wish mine had actually had some heat since I bought a large box.”

“What a fresh, delicious and tasty order of Hatch Green Chile we received! Fast shipping in a very nicely packed box. Non of the pods were damaged nor rotten. Immediately started to roast them on the grill, eventually made room to cook my hamburger patties! The Hatch Chile Store NEVER lets us down!!”
