“It was the first time that we ordered from the Hatch Chile Store and we were thrilled with the product. The chilies were fresh, there was no spoilage, and they were absolutely wonderful. We got them roasted and in the freezer with no problem. We are already thinking our order might be larger next year! Thanks so much for such a great product.”

“I bought 10lbs and had it shipped to me in Chicago via 2 day. Fed ex dropped the ball with my shipment but the Hatch Green Chile store got right on it and sent the replacement right away. Love these green chiles! I have been ordering for the last few years and this is my go to place during Chile season! Never disappointed.”

“Honestly, this batch is tasteless and it has no heat. I think perhaps it was an early harvested batch, but we've never received such Hatch peppers in the past. The peppers themselves were shipped w/ care and were in excellent condition but our green chili and other dishes have literally no kick. We do hope next year to order later in the season in hopes the peppers are more tastey and hotter than the medium ones we recently received. TY.”
