“This is our 3rd year ordering fresh hatch green chile. I’m originally from New Mexico but live too far away now to really enjoy the fabulous food. But I enjoy cooking several dishes myself and these chiles make it perfect. I’ve never had a bad chile in the batch. Outstanding!!”

“I ordered 10lbs and got them in a very timely manner. I only had to throw out a handful of peppers due to spoilage. I used to live in Austin, Texas and was able to get Hatch peppers at the grocery store, but can do so now online here in Connecticut. Shipping is expensive, but I don't mind spending the money once a year.”

“Have orders from your company in the past . Excellent service , but this year . Did order medium, no heat. To be honest I threw them away . No flavor . I know this has been a hard year for chilis . No taste at all.”
