“Perfect as always!!!!! Roasting hatch peppers has become a major event at the Hicks ranch. As soon as Fed X pulls in with the peppers, the fun begins. A nice cigar and an adult beverage , I am good for the afternoon. Thanks for the quality product that you always send. See you next year!”

“Order a box every year, then roast them, and freeze them for a long winter of great flavor. These chiles are always nice and fresh so that ground shipping even to East coast is fast enough to lose very few if any during transport.”

“Great - had my first fix - fixed it with pork - just like my Mom used to do - so good. When I was growing up, in Raton, NM, they called them anaheim. Is that the same as your Hatch chile? Seems & tastes the same. Whatever the name, I love it. Thank you.”
