“We are really enjoying our Hatch green chile! We haven't lived in New Mexico for over 35 years so were hesitant to order "hot". Ordered medium which turns out to be a bit too mild so, next time... Roasted 'em all up the day they arrived, froze most, and have made soups, chili and salsa so far.”

“The chile pods always arrive in perfect condition. I’ve eaten chile for many years, so I should pay more attention to the weather in Dona Ana county thereby I could more correctly anticipate where the chiles will be on the Scoville Scale. Maybe there could be a site that could predict where certain chiles will be that year, since each year’s chile are often a bit different in spiciness. But overall, the chile I received were great. Thank for your product”

“Thank you for our Hatch Green Chiles! They arrived in great shape and we roasted them the day after they arrived. Hatch Green Chile's are our favorite. Being from Colorado we used to get them every year. We were so glad to be able to have them shipped to Tennessee. Thanks again. We hope your workers are recovering well.”
