“Been a month ago this week I placed the order. When I inquire as to status I keep being told my order will be prioritized the following week. Still...no chiles & no shipping confirmation yet. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered a 10# box of medium chilies on Sunday night and the arrived the following Friday afternoon. I opted for the 3 day shipping(I am Cheap) and there were a few that were wilted but only 2 or 3 and they got roasted all the same. I roasted over charcoal and are very tasty. Next time I am going after the hot ones.”

“I placed a pre-order back in late June early July. I then got an email that I could request shipment for mid August when chile is at its peak and biggest. I put in that request then was notified that my chile would ship sometime after mid August first come first serve. It's now September 7 and I have yet to receive any chile. I called a week ago and was told it would be another week, maybe 2. It's been a week since then so I am guessing I will be....maybe...getting my chile September 15 or later, which is getting towards the end of season when chile is turning red. Certainly does not seem like I will be getting the biggest peak season chile...and if my shipment is half red I will not accept it....”

“The shipment was delayed a week because of the rain. Understandable no worries about that. The peppers arrived on time in 2 days. Quite a few of them were cut off on the bottom. In addition quite a few were mushy and rotten. Not worth the price I paid. Found better Hatch chili’s at the local grocery store for 99 cents/lb. Sorry but I was expecting better for the price.”
