“Tasty when roasted. I cleaned and bagged them for the freezer. Use them for different purposes all year. Fold them to fit in medium freezer bags. Pull the frozen chunk out and shave it with a sharp knife. Hard to beat!”

“Hatch peppers are new to me. I was fortunate to find this store early on. I’ve ordered twice and spoke on the phone with them a couple times. Very customer friendly and proud of their product. They should be! I’ll be a regular customer from now on. I’ve already spread the word to several friends who will be ordering from them as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!”

“About two-thirds of this order was salvageable due to UPS’ failure to do their one job. The good chiles roasted beautifully though, have a good kick to them, and are delicious!”
