“Ordered 25lbs in August and after a few trays of enchiladas and some breakfast rellenos we knew what we had in the freezer wasn’t enough! Ordered another 25lbs in October. Hatch Chile Store has the best customer service! Please add candles with a green chili roasting smell and I will buy a case!”

“I ordered 75lbs of Big Jim’s and Charges. I was a little disappointed in the size, I ordered them specifically for the advertised larger size. The largest one’s I had were 9” to 10” and a lot of smaller. I also bought 25lbs of the hot at the grocery store, same brand, that’s what prompted me to buy more. But I can say unequivocally the quality, freshness and flavor were exceptional. I will order again next year. Thanks”
