If there were any issues customer service would take care of the issue immediately. I love my hatch green Chile’s, living out east it is nice to have fresh Chile’s delivered to my doorstep.”

“This was my second order of green Chile this year. Such great flavor. I roast my chiles, then freeze them. We then enjoy them all year making green Chile enchiladas, pork green Chile stew, green Chile tamales - obviously we love these chiles. They always come fresh like I just ran down to the store to pick them up. Definitely paying the extra shipping for 2 day delivery is worth it”

“Nice meaty chilis. I ordered medium and noticed the heat varied from chili to chili Mild to hot. Great balance and they do state this in the type of chili you order. Great taste . A true pleasure to prepare and eat.”

“The chile was meaty, straight, clean very tasty and with just enough heat for us. This chile traveled over 2000 miles to reach us and came in great condition. Love our Hatch Chile and have had it shipped to us for decades.”

“The Big Jim chiles were definitely in the Medium to Hot range, unlike last year when they were Mild. Our 25 lb order will last us well over a year, but we will be back next year with another order. It is also fun to receive your recipes, but some of them have unusual combinations. Maybe it's a matter of imagination, but why mess with such a great product?”

“Never received. Called to let a person know and took two weeks before I called again since the seasons about to end and was told that the first time I called they never shipped my order second time they said it would be expedited and still waiting on a confirmation shipment email. Sucks to be stationed away from home spending over 200 dollars and waiting almost a month to receive it. The hot green Chile is great.”
