“I orderd 25lbs each of medium and mild chillies this year again considering I have them shipped to Illinois, your chillies reach my door still beautiful and perfect and ready to roast. I have very little loss of chillies, maybe 6 chillies in the whole box. My neighbors are starting to ask questions about the amazing aroma coming from my grill, I gave them some fresh mild. We'll see how much they want next.”

“I just received recently 25 lbs of Big Jim's and there was not a bad one in the whole bunch. Roasted them on my grill and stuck them in ice water. Peeled so easy and the chiles were very firm. Love my Hatch Chile's!”
