“Shipping took forever. One delay excuse after another and then most of the chilis on the bottom of the box had gone bad and were mushy and unusable. I bought a 25lb box and only got 18lbs of usable chilis. Trying a different company next time.”

“We received 2 orders this year. We had a lot of waste with the first so on the 2nd order we paid for 2 day “guaranteed fresh” delivery. We still lost 19 whole Chili’s and many more half of the chili. We do love these chili’s and will probably continue to order but I will not pay the extra for shipping as it may no difference in my waste. Nothing tastes as good as Hatch Chili’s”

“It was amazing to get the taste of home in late summer on the east coast! The chilies were easy to roast on the grill and taste amazing. The customer service was incredible and they replaced the 3ish pounds of spoilage that I had the very next week!”

“We live in WV and order every year from Hatch. We always pay the extra for overnight shipping and the chile arrives fresh and ready to roast. (we learned early on that you have to pay for that quicker shipping)”
