“Minnesota does not have any Hatch Chile anywhere. Knowing that I can get some chili delivered directly from Hatch Valley is such a blessing! There was a little bit of spoilage and without any questions asked I was sent a replacement for the spoilage! Great customer service and quality!”

“Normally, I’d give a 5 but, about 1/4 of the box was bad. I paid for the expedited shipping so this wouldn’t happen and it did. This happened last year as well. The chilies that I was able to save are delicious! I roasted and froze them the day they came in. This is my 4th year ordering from this site, hopefully next year I will get better sustainability with the expedited shipping.”

“I received a freshly & beautiful box of Hatch green chile. I've roasted the chile, the aromatic smell of New Mexico filled the Ohio air. This box of chile will last throughout the winter season until next year. Hatch Chile is where its at.”

“I preordered they shipped 3day in 115 degree and 95 degree delivered lost 10 lb twice.I’ve gotten pepper before with 3day shipping they have be fine I know that it’s no Guaranteed on 3 days but the 2 day is very expensive. Maybe I’ll try ordering later in the season or request a later delivery date can I do that ?”
