“This is our third year ordering from Hatch Green Chile. We ordered 100 lbs of green chiles this year. We use hatch chiles in tons of recipes in our home. Our chiles arrived fresh less than 48 hours after being picked from the field (we're in Indiana). It took us three days to roast, peel, and can our chiles. The chiles on the grill in my photos is the last of our order and the photo was taken three days after delivery. You can see they look just as fresh as the day they were delivered--and these weren't refrigerated. Ordering chiles from Hatch Green Chile has become a tradition in our family and we look forward to many more years to come!”

“Awesome and delicious!!! This is our second year of getting chilies and had them roasted, peeled, de-seeded and packaged in the freezer in less then 8 hours of arriving. Thanks again Hatch!”

“My peppers arrive fresh and have an amazing flavor. I flame roast them which creates caramelization of sugars adding a tantalizing smoky flavor. These chilis bring my neighbors over letting me know how awesome they smell. The order process is simple and they always deliver a quality product that is guaranteed.”

“The chile arrived in New Hampshire in perfect condition 25 pounds of hot and 25 pounds of medium. Due to the weather, I didn't have time to roast until 2 days later. Of course, they are delicious. They are all peeled, vacuum sealed, and will get me through the year. Will order next year.”
