“I’ve already communicated my dissatisfaction with my order. It arrived spoiled and moldy. I was blamed for not picking the correct shipping option. I asked for a refund on this box only and was denied.”

“Paid for 2 day shipping. First order over 50% were so rotten they were seeping out of the bottom of the box. Hatch chilies replaced the box, however the second box had a lot of spoiled peppers as well. Would never order again.”

“Having grown up in New Mexico I was excited to get some home grown chile, however, I was very disappointed. Ordered a 25lb box of big Jim, half of the box was big Jim, the rest was filled with smaller chile and pieces of chile. Looked like leftover pieces that had been gathered up. Roasted chiles immediately after receiving, little flavor and not very hot, appears as though picked too early. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend ordering again.”
