“I moved from Colorado back to the East Coast and the one thing I missed most was Hatch Chiles! I ordered 25 lbs. They were delivered timely and were in great condition. We've roasted or smoked them all and froze the ones we couldn't eat right away. All winter I'll be able to have a taste of the west! Highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store.”

“Chose the less expensive slow delivery; a few pods didn't do well but overall the delivery arrived in good shape. The Joe Parker Chile roasted well and now lives in the freezer for futu use. Flavor is good; heat is pretty mild. Next time I may pick a hotter variety. Happy with the order.”
