“I am impressed. I have been ordering Hatch chilies from various vendors for 20 years all claiming Big Jims. I know what Big Jims are because we are family friends of the developer and would road trip from California to Salem-Hatch each fall for our chiles. Over the years I have been dissapointed with the quality, texture and taste of the chiles sent to California that this year I canceled my order from my usual store. I then found your web site and bam, this is the real deal and so fresh like they were picked in the am. Thank you and will be ordering more. PS My mothers family is from NM and we eat chile every day and know a goo chile.”

“Braggin' rights with the Old Ladies at church; one is from Pueblo, CO and the other from Mescalero, NM. La Pueblita keeps telling me how Southern Colorado Chile is better...Hah! Food is a cultural connector, it provides an opportunity to talk, share and compare. The Ladies were thrilled when I gave them each a frozen ziploc of freshly roasted chile. Hatch Chile from the Hatch Chile Store unites us NM diaspora. Thanks!”

“Product arrived looking and smelling great. Finished roasting a few minutes ago and already had a couple of chile rellenos. Carrying on the New Mexico tradition in Atlanta, GA.......Very satisfied.”
