“Very nice company. Chilies arrived as promised and very good condition. I roasted them the day they arrived and they are delicious. I generally purchase medium level heat chillies because I like a kick, but not my mouth on fire. My only disappointment is that the medium chilies had absolutely no kick to them. They were 100% mild.”

“They came in perfect condition. They smelled wonderful in the box and even better as a was roasting them on my grill. Froze them and will enjoy them all winter”

“Actually this was an order to replace the Chiles I lost during Hurricane Helene. Alas the original order had been roasted and frozen when we lost power and lost our freezer to a power loss. Hatch Chiles was quick to send out my replacement order. And we still await our order of red chile. Happy with the quality and service.”
