“Thank you for fast, fresh delivery. Altho i ordered the Big Jim mix, i was expecting after I roasted the chilies, a more hotter taste. It was very mild. I will work with it for my dishes I prepare with great love. I hope next time I order it will be to liking. I miss New Mexico since moving to Florida and want to invite new friends to the extraordinary cuisine New Mexico offers.”

“Very flavorful Hatch green Chiles. We ordered medium but found these to be mild. Next time we'll have to order hot. We Nice meaty Chiles. Peel very easily.”
