“Having lived in NM for 26 years I got a taste for green chile. Once I moved I really started missing it and there was no place to buy any where I was so it was a nice surprise to find out I could order it fresh from you!”

“This was my first order that I placed and was very pleased with the quality and service level that Hatch Chile Company has to offer. I roasted the peppers, used them and then placed an order for extra hot - as the chiles were delicious!”

“For some reason, these Medium chiles weren’t as green, fresh and as “solid” as the Hot ones. They had to be roasted right away. The color was a little lighter than usual and the chilies were already soft when they arrived. The Hot chiles were superb. They were firm to the touch, smelled like heaven and looked like they were just picked and shipped. Not so happy with the Medium ones this time though. Wish I had remembered to take a pic. So glad the Hot chiles did not disappoint. Thanks.”
