“These hatch green chilies are the best ever. They arrive smelling fresh and delicious. I did have an issue with my shipment, where there were several that were starting to spoil. I reached out to The Hatch experts leaving email explaining my issue and sent to pictures. They promptly replaced what was bad and then some >>at no charge. Those came promptly, fresh... just perfect!! I fire roasted all of them over charcoal and we are set for the year.... although we have to ration ourselves to make them last. Can't say enough how professional courteous & trustworthy The Hatch Chile Store is and of course how WONDERFUL the chiles are!!
