“Love these chilis! I treat myself every year for my birthday! Since moving from AZ to back home in ME I roast & freeze for my long NE winters! Favorite thing I make (according to friends all over US) is my Roasted NM Hatch chili pesto! Fab on pasta, fish, burgers, veggies etc! Happy to educate bland ME tastebuds!
