“Every chili was plump and beautiful! No rotten spots on any of it. 5 lbs! I roasted them all and put them in separate freezer baggies so I can have them for the year. I love hatch Chiles!”

“Big Jims have been our favorites for a number of years. Down sized to 5 lbs this year because we’ve down sized our freezer space. Were delivered by USPS and several were damaged and beginning to spoil. I called CS and they sent a new 5 lb box at no charge. No questions asked, just a few pics of the peppers. Great CS. Can’t say enough good stuff about this company and their products.”
