“Hi! We love those chiles! What’s funny is I ordered some chiles for my daughter up in Main last year & they came to her roasted & bagged in individual 1 lb bags & this time I thought I was getting the same but they came straight from the plant to the box. Boy were we surprised! My husband & I were there for a visit when they arrived & my hubby ended up roasting them on her grill. & with the first one she whipped up a little cream cheese, smoked salmon with a slice of green chile on top appetizer for us. It was yummy!”

“We loved the Hatch Chile’s we ordered. They can quickly. We roasted them and then made enchilada sauce. Such a rich, smokey/sweet flavor. We’ll definitely order again in season.”

“Chiles arrived in good condition even though we did not pay for the freshness guarantee shipping. We ordered the medium heat chiles but the chiles we received were so mild they lacked the heat we enjoy for cooking. We still enjoy the flavor of hatches green chiles but miss the heat we longed for.”

“Convenient! Delicious! Memories for my son who no longer lives in NM but still loves his Hatch green chile from mom each fall. A plug for always using overnight shipping; chile is precious and perishable- it is worth shipping it overnight and getting the guarantee.”

“1/3 of the chilli's were soiled. And for 35 and the price of 2 day delivery i feel i was ripped off . wuth that being said my package arrived a week later then its was supposr too 2days means 2 days . and tgats is where you lost me as a customer . i was actually looking 4 someone i could order hatch from to stat up a chill roasing stand. . but i relized this might not be the farm i need to talk to . im alwayd up for you to change my mind .”

“Love love love! Missed our local hatch Chile visit in MI and so ordered peppers because I couldn’t live without. Showed up as indicated and made some green chile stew to test them out. Heaven on Earth!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!”
