“Having a hard time peeling them. When roasting we let them blister as much as the hot we ordered that we are not having a problem peeling. Strange.”

“second year in a row ordering chiles online as unfortunately the few that have made it all the way to stores here in boston haven't been very good. so thank glob for the hatch chile store! last year was perfect. this year, the box i got didn't match the perfection of last year and i wondered if i was just being too picky, but they were very small and seemed a bit dried out, not very meaty. i decided to contact customer service and right away they replaced my order. absolutely outstanding service and the replacement box was GLORIOUS. big, fresh, thick green chile that smell incredible even before you roast them. we might even have to get another box before the season is out, and we'll definitely be back year after year - knowing that we'll get a five star product and if we don't, the fine folx at hatch chile will make it right. thank you!”

“Chiles arrived quite fresh. Roasted them as soon as received. Peeled and packaged them and stored them in freezer for later use. very flavorful. will buy hot on next purchase as they are not spicy but very tasty.”

“Package delivered with hole in it which was wet. Then tape was put over hole. Terrible condition.”

“The cile arrived quickly and there was no damage but the chiles were almost all extremely small. I like to make rellenos with them so I roast them individually with a propane torch quickly to keep them as "meaty" as possible. But most of these were so small that when I roasted them the meat of the chile was almost as thin as the peel. Most of them were about 6 inches long and some were around 3 or 4 inches. I have to use twice as much which is disappointing when you're paying that much for them.”
