“Our boxes (1 each mild and medium) were definitely reversed. The mild were medium heat and the medium were mild heat. We tested several in each box after roasting and that is what we found. The chiles were in good condition and are tasty. Just mixed up.”

“I was very disappointed with the chilies that I received I ordered the medium but when I received them they were like mild there was no there was not even a touch of heat to them when I reached out to the company I was told that they had a rainy season this year and sometime the rain does something to the Chili's I don't know I was not a happy camper at all this was the first time that I ordered them and I don't think that I'll order them again”
