“We love Hatch Chile! We were able to roast it outside on our bbq grill the day it arrived, then quickly peeled it and got it into bags for freezing. Couldn’t resist keeping some out for supper and the quality is superb, as expected!”

“What I miss most about NM includes the aroma and taste of green chile. I was delighted to receive my order of Hatch green chile. It had been carefully packaged and sent expeditiously. There was also great communication from the seller. And best of all, the chile which I roasted is delicious. thank you! I will order again.”

“We were not able to even look at the chili’s as they had gone bad during shipping. Completely rotten along with liquid and a very bad smell. We were taken care of with a credit and I will continue to order prepared food from this company, as it is delicious.”

Hi Lisa, I see that you contacted our customer service team about the spoilage. As we mentioned in our e-mail response to you, we guarantee all 5 pound box shipments. The USPS tracking information shows that your package was in transit an additional 3 days, which caused the order to be in transit a total of 5 days. Originally, the order was expected to be delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately, this led to your order arriving in very poor condition. Because USPS did not deliver the item as promised, we offered to send out a re-shipment of your order at no cost; however, you declined the offer. Although we did everything we could on our end to make sure your order was packaged and arrived on time, the USPS delivery delay was outside of our control. The account shows we issued you a full refund for your order and I see that you really enjoyed our rellenos that you purchased. I would be more than happy to set up a discount for your next order of rellenos to make up for the bad experience that you had due to the delivery delay. We really value you as a customer and want to make sure we give you the best customer experience possible. “I have always herd of Hatch chilies but didn't know what the hype was about. Boy, I do now!! These are amazing and add so much smoky flavor to recipes. Hatch smash burgers, chili, and even scrambled eggs...Order some-you will be hooked.”

“The Hatch Chile store is my best source of freshly harvested Hatch chiles. But it's also my best source of roasted and frozen Hatch chiles. And my best source of Chile sauce, And my best source of both green and red Chile powders and, well, you get the idea. Priced competitively and shipped with care these products are exceptional. I use them all.”
