“I was notified that chiles had shipped, tracked order, was dismayed to see that "seller cancelled order" just as it was supposed to be delivered. Contacted customer service who explained that harvest delayed due to rain. Fed Ex site was really confusing. Once my order did ship, it got to my city in two days and sat there for an extra day, was not delivered to me until mid afternoon of third day. This was annoying as I paid for two-day shipping. That said, chiles were in good shape and I only lost half of one chile. Problems I had were largely Fed-Ex.”

“After growing up in southern AZ, and then serving my first military assignment in Albuquerque, we have always LOVED the taste and tingle of a nice hot green chile. Whether it be in tacos, casseroles, quesadillas, etc., it is something we crave. Now living in Wyoming, they're harder to find. With 20 pounds of fresh, hot green chiles delivered, I fired up the grill with lots of mesquite wood chunks and roasted them all to peel and freeze so we're prepared for the winter. It took me two days with the size of my grill. Worth every second. All of the chilies survived shipping easily and came to us in great shape. It's just great to know, even comforting in a way, that we can get high quality, properly hot green chilies. Thanks for the salvation!!”

“This was one order of about 30lbs of chili peppers I ordered this year. As always, they arrived on time, fresh, and full of that Hatch Chile pepper flavor. We will continue to order Hatch Chili peppers year after year.”

“These chiles are the best! This is the third time I have ordered them and I have never been disappointed. They arrive so fresh...look like they were just picked! The smell of them roasting is a wonderful reminder of our time spent in New Mexico. These chiles have just the right amount of heat and are great in and on anything from a green chile cheese burger to a steaming pot of chili:)”
