“Perfect as always. Beautiful this year. Big and so full of flavor we have roasted , enjoyed some and froze others for later. This is the way to go with pre order. Will continue to order as long as the chili’s keep coming. Looking forward to getting the reds when they harvest”

“You got it right "chile fix" and it was long overdue. I would have to say that I did chose wisely. The chiles arrived, some 2700 miles from the location that I actually purchased them, and they looked just like the ones in Hatch NM that I had seen two weeks earlier. I have chosen wisely and will definitely order on line next chile season, what a great service thank you.”

“these Big Jims are soooo good! I weep like an old man does for good whiskey when I open the box and smell these lovely little darlings! What a smell! And the taste! last night I put a pork shoulder roast in a dutch oven with raw chilies and an onion and some water. .....that's all! WOw!!! WHAT A TASTE!”

“This Nueva Mexicana now living in the cool, misty Pacific Northwest had a good experience ordering my green chiles direct from the Hatch Chile Store. Correspondence was quick and courteous when I had questions, and my shipment arrived in good shape (only a few of the chiles were in bad shape, the rest were fine, even though I just did the 'regular' shipping). I had to do my chiles old-school (over the grill in the backyard, with tongs, instead of having a tumbler do them) but that's ok - I did them that way before the age of tumblers (yeah, I'm that old) and it wasn't a problem doing it again. :)”

“The chiles were as fresh as they could be when they arrived. I kept them in the fridge for a couple of days, per the advice of Hatch's, and roasted them and started making all manner of chile goodness!”
