“What a treat- we can’t travel to New Mexico so this brought those delicious chiles to our kitchen. All arrived beautiful and fresh. We cooked some and roasted and froze the rest to enjoy for months to come. Loved both the Big Jim and the spicy Sandra.”

“The 10 lbs of big Jim Chile arrived very fresh and firm on a Thursday afternoon. Smelled terrific even In the sturdy box. Then time got away from me and I didn’t get to grill-roast them until Monday. My first time getting and roasting Chile alone without a native New Mexican standing by or a street vendor doing the roasting in a tumbler. It was easy peezy. Only lost three due to my delay. Managed to fill 14 sandwich bags with 5 Chile each. I ate some immediately on tacos and steak sandwiches and eggs. OMG. They are immensely flavorful. Not quite as hot as I expected but the rest of family really liked the flavor with less heat. I’ll order again. Maybe a hotter one in addition to the medium hots.”
