“Delicious!! Anxiously waited for delivery but when it arrived, opening the box was green chili heaven. Aroma that lets you know it was freshly picked. Ordered 25 pounds but think I will order a mixed batch next time. Need some “fire”. We pulled out the BBQ and roasted all afternoon. My freezer is very happy. WE ARE TOO!!”

“Living in Illinois we cannot get "real" Green Chile. I have ordered from Hatch 3 times. I have purchased Green Chile powder, roasted frozen Green Chile, and fresh Green Chile. We have had a wonderful experience every time! I was born in Roswell and raised in Texas. This is a perfect way to get " your Chile on!! Thank y'all so much!”

What a winning combination! I order later in the season because I like my chile Christmas, so I let it turn some red before I roast it. Autumn roast.”
