“Right now your thinking "the 5lb box will be enough..." But then you get them and smell that sweet aroma as you roast them. And then you eat them and remember how much better they are then that canned crap. And then you recall that it's a very short harvest season. And you know that they freeze well and. After all that if your anything like me you end up ordering the 25lb box the next day anyway. So just do yourself a favor and skip all that and just order the 25lb now.”

“I love the Big Jim chile. I lived in Las Cruces, NM for 20 years and moved to Tennessee 2 1/2 years ago. I am ordering the medium hot for the 3rd year in a row. Can't live without it, so thankful they roast, chop and ship it frozen. All I have to do is thaw what I need and use it in almost everything. It's sooo good!”

“Awesome Chiles. Only about 4 or 5 Chiles were bad out of 25 pounds. They roasted perfectly on the grill and are terrific frozen. I’m planning on buying 50 pound this summer.”

“As always, the Chile's were fabulous. We always get the Big Jims and Sandia so we have varying heat. Some years we add the Lumbre. This year we had them overnighted to Pennsylvania. Very expensive but worth it to get them fresh. We have eaten the first 20 pounds so time to order more. Keep up the great work”
