“The peppers arrived very fresh. The heat was described as medium hot. In years past they always had a good bite. This year the were more like a bell pepper.”

“We really enjoyed receiving the shipment of green chiles. At first we were not sure if our 10 pound shipment was going to be too many chiles, but I think it will end up being just right. Having these chiles on the grill roasting, the smell was fantastic. What a great deal for this package. In most places where we live we cannot purchase amounts this large for such a great value. The only thing better would be to go to Hatch and get the chiles there. Thanks for being there and allowing us to work with you to acquire this product. John Robinson Simi Valley, Ca.”
