“Well I paid for two day shipping and got three. The box was smashed and it was not handled with care at all.Chile was not very meaty after roasting.Very few long chile's and the skin was starting to wrinkle and turn red.On the plus side the flavor was out of this world. Also love the fact that you ship.just wish I had a better experience.”

Hi Esther, I'm so sorry the box was damaged when it arrived. We will get a re-ship out to you next week! As to the delivery time, it was actually delivered on-time in 2 days though. We ship chile each Tuesday as advertized on the website. As such, your order was picked and shipped Tuesday the 30th and delivered 2 days later on the 1st. That doesn't excuse the damage to the box though! Best, Preston

“What a difference freshly picked and shipped. We live in another state. I have bought Hatch Chile for roasting in our local grocery store but this is the first time I bought directly from the grower for shipping. They roast so much easier and the flavor is much better. It's more expensive than buying from the local grocer. Worth it for us.”

“After moving away from El Paso, we never thought we would be able to get good green chile's again. Thanks to your service we don't need to worry again. The chiles arrived within a few days, and everyone of them looked good. In fact, I took a picture and posted it to my Facebook page. That is how excited I was to receive them.
