“The chilies arrived promptly and in excellent condition. All were nice and fresh. Nice to get them from Hatch! All have been roasted and packed away, except for some for immediate consumption. Delicious chilies! A great company to deal with.”

“This is a great company with great people running it. I ordered my first box from them two weeks ago, expecting its arrival to be in time for the Labor Day holiday weekend. Unfortunately, the delivery man decided to take half of Friday off decided to reschedule my delivery for the following Tuesday. They were all ruined by the time they were finally delivered. But the good folks here made good on my original order and shipped it to me again. They arrived pretty-as-a-picture and they were roasted as soon as I got them home. I spent the weekend making all my favorites; green chile chicken soup, green chile con carne and a double batch of green chile corn casserole! The flavor of the chiles, the size of the chiles and the heat were all exceptional. I will order from these folks again. Great product. Great people.”
