“Great chile! The taste is just what I wanted, not too hot, not too mild. I went against the suggestion of overnight or two day delivery, and did 3 day ground to MS. I do not consider this a mistake--my chile arrived good, all 10 lbs. of it. For those of you who wish to gamble like I did, I had at the most 5 chile's (out of 50+ probably) that had started to get mushy. I threw out 3, and was still able to use 1/2 of the other mushy ones. So gamble if you will. Two day delivery would be worth it, but I was trying to save money, and I was pleased with my delivery. I went as far as scheduling my UPS delivery to be picked up at the sorting center so I could be on top of it and get it refrigerated asap. So no complaints, all was well, and Hatch's shipping suggestions are not in vain. I am pleased and will definitely order again! :) Also, they stayed in great communication with me throughout the whole process. Great company with a great product!”

“The peppers arrived in two days as they said they would. However, some were moldy and beginning to rot. Big had to throw away around 20 peppers from the batch. The other that werected left are soft and wrinkly, indicating that they are older and not fresh from the field. Very disappointed!”

Hi, I tried to give you a call so we could clear this up but it appears we have a bad order. If your chile had mold on it, we can definitely re-ship the order. As to there being some softer pods, that is really unavoidable when shipping chile at room temperature. The chile in your order was picked the morning it was shipped out so it arrived as fresh as physically possible. Please give us a call at 575-635-4680 so we can work out a re-ship.
