“Got my fresh chiles last week--they arrived in great shape. I roasted them that night--the aroma was fantastic. and they tasted of New Mexico! I cannot get chiles like this on the East Coast!”

“Chiles arrived on time but in poor condition. The delivery service mishandled the package. The box was crushed on one side with chiles poking through holes. At least 7 of them had to be discarded because of the damage.”

“My chile arrive in greet shape. I spent the afternoon roasting them and getting them ready to freeze. Tried the first one on. Cheeseburger that night. After, moving way from New Mexico, it's Greg to know that I can get high quality Hatch Chile by mail.”

“I called and asked for a specific delivery date because I was going to be out of town. The new delivery date was confirmed. However they were shipped on original date and will sit and rot on my doorstep. I called and they said they will send me a new box free of charge. If this happens I will change this to VERY GOOD.”

“My order of your Big Jim's was so much better than last year's which is an indicator of better weather for growing this year. Consistent size in length with thick, meaty walls made for this roasting. I have been ordering chilies every year since moving the Midwest. I have tried other places in the Hatch area....there is no doubt that Hatch chilies have their own distinct flavor.....but the Hatch Chile Store has provided a great, consistent product and outstanding customer service that others have fallen short on. One of the tangible things that I miss about New Mexico is the wafting aroma of roasting chilies down through the Rio Grande valley so each year that I get my chilies from you, it's not just good taste but a memory maker. Without a tumbler, my sons and I have used the grill in the past but invested in a propane weed burner. So, here in Missouri, last year I had some neighbors wondering what the heck the noise was and what we were doing. This year, we ended up with a crowd of new neighbors who followed the aroma and sound.... it's either that or the word got out that I stop by later with jars of homemade salsa made with the Big Jim's! So, around midnight last night, I pulled the last of the jars from the canner.....it is, by the way, delicious. I have enough to last a while and my freezer filled with roasted chilies. Both varieties I got this year were exceptional in color and flavor. It appears that weather in New Mexico was perfect this year. Thank you for the great product and service. Janie Ness Missouri”
