“I have been a long time customer and love the way this company has been doing business. I lived in New Mexico for some years and learned about hatch chilies. I recommend this to all my friends and family. Last year I was only able to get 5 pounds and ran out. This year I'll be getting 25 pounds so I won't. Goes great with many foods from stuffed bell peppers to morning eggs. I've tried it in many foods and will keep exploring. Jeff”

“We were pleased with our 2015 Hatch chile order. The peppers were really large and fresh and they charred nicely on our barbecue. We peeled and froze them and enjoyed pulling them out of the freezer to use in many dishes UNTIL we had a terrible wind storm in November that took out our power for a week. We lost everything in our refrigerators and freezers as part of the damage we incurred. So we're especially excited to get our 2016 order so we can once again enjoy these wonderful chiles!”
