“Very, very good flavor. The variation in heat level between chile's in my ship mentioned varied from mild to medium. Still excellent, (and perfectly normal), great flavor regardless. Made for a great batch of Verde. I roasted, peeled, and froze the remaining chile's. Very satisfied. I will definately order again next season. Probably a mix of hot and medium. Hatch, balance, flavor, heat, THE only perfect chile for me!”

“Not sure why my delivery date was resheduled but when I received my box at least 6 of my pods were bad. Delivery was longer than the 2 day indicated on your website. No complaint on flavor!”

“I purchased the Big Jim because of the thick walled flesh it was suposed to have. I hace purchased from grocery stores but those hatches had very thin walls. I love to make Chili Rellenos but the pepers tear with thin walls. Im very happy with my order. The heat was just right. The only critism I might have is that about 1/3 of the 10 lbs I ordered were short and had thin walls. I roasted and froze these for Chili Verde. Tge thick walled I roasted cleaned and froze for Chili Rellanos. 2/3 were nice and ling and thick walled. I dont hace a formal complaint and am happy. But if it were possible in tge sorting process to pack an order of Big Johns that were thick walled that would be great.”

“My order arrved, I opened it infront of the delivery feller,,, and like every order from Hatch Green Chile Store, they were in excellent order, nice smell, I promptly. Split them all and put in my dehydrator... I love the chiles and the Hatch store, never had a problem unlike some of the competitors, that send out rotten, bruised red instead of green chiles, Hatch is excellant and I will continue to use their services as long as they are available.”

“Had heard from friends around the country about Hatch Green Chili's. Had no clue even with our daughter attending NMSU. The Hatch Green Chili Store is great. Variety of peppers and heat. Do yourself a favor and order no less than 10#. It looks like a lot but isn't by the time reheard roasted, skinned and cleaned.”
