“This is the second time we have purchased from The Hatch Chile Store and the second time we purchased Big Jims (they are our favs) Product has always been perfect when they arrived. The roast up amazing and the smell is intoxicating. “The packaged arrived in good condition. The chile was fresh' in great shape and mostly green. We had only one chile that had a blemish on the pod . The blemish was on the top of the chile ' so 90% of the pod was salvaged. We had some roasted pods as chile rellinos. Very meaty and tasty peppers.”

“Disappointed this year. One third of the box was spoiled with soft spots, one third had turned red, and only the remaining one third were nice and green. We used 2 day shipping and the weather was not too warm that week. Not sure we will reorder next year.”
