“We paid for 2 day delivery, your communication said it would arrive on a Wed., so we got ice to put the chilis on after roasting ,and the shipment didn't arrive until Friday. Your advertisement says shipments go out on Tuesday. What happened? We were relieved to finally get it, nothing was spoiled either.”

“These Big Jim's are the best flavor. We got 50 lbs. and roasted them and we started enjoying them right away. We will not buy from anyone else. Fast delivery and the boxes where in perfect shape. We only had 6 peppers that were under the weather. Roasted and then frozen, we will be enjoying them until nest harvest. Thanks for delivering the best quality product!”
