“I was hooked by a client of mine and then bought them at a local grocer last year. This year I couldnt find them locally so I googled "hatch chile" and found the Hatch Chile Store. Amen. I ordered 25 lbs and then another 25 lbs to make it through the winter. Smoked Hatch Chile Verde. Yum.”
