“They're the perfect medium heat in my opinion. They might be a bit hot for those whom are sensitive to heat, but they're not too hot. Do yourself a favor and buy a giant box of these. Roast them all (either grill or broil) then you can freeze them for use throughout the year. Delicious!”

“I will definitely order from here again. I sent 25 lbs of fresh Big Jims to my grandson in Atlanta, GA. He wanted to roast his own chili. The chili got to him in a couple of days after I had ordered. The chili arrived in good condition. He was very happy and the cost was reasonable.”

“Was pleased wirh how quickly the chili got here, the chili was very fresh. There were some pale chilies mixed in, I am used to dark green. There were also a few that were not as meaty, so shrank to nothing after peeling- the peeling stuck more to those after roasting. Otherwise very pleased. The price was pretty high, after shipping was included- almost $3.75 a pound. But since I have no other option to get these, I was willing to pay.”
