“EXCELLENT chilies; only this good from Hatch! The key is to get them early if you can, like June or July, and order enough to last the year during the season and they're superior. But even when I ordered some earlier in the year they were still superior to anything I could ever buy in a store - may have been a bit more costly then since I had to get frozen ones, but these fresh ones are the best, no others come near it. Chilies can make or break a dish; these are the best and I can make anything taste good with them.”
