“It arrived exactly on the day they said it would from New Mexico to Idaho. Some of the chilis were absolutely HUGE! Over a foot long! Beautiful chilis! Sometimes when I order things by mail I feel like other companies have sent me their non-prime stuff because they know I can't pick and choose, but with these chilis I felt like they sent me the best with a special super-size one on top! It was very nice. There was only 1 bad chili in the box, remarkable for such a long journey! They are all processed and in the freezer now. Thank you for excellent chilis and quick service!”

“These were the Best Chile Peppers I have purchased ! I Purchased the 25 pound box 2nd day air all were in great shape just like they were just picked. Customer service outstanding the lady I talked with on the phone was a great help very nice she knows her business helped me with every detail. Thank You Gary Brannen”

“My chiles arrived in great shape. We roasted all 25 pounds the day after they arrived and there was, literally, one pepper out of the whole box that I couldn't use. Very pleased!”

“We were expecting roasted chile and got whole unroasted - which could have been o.k. had there been any meat on the chile. After roasting and peeling, there was little to freeze - and none of the chile was suitable for rellenos. I should have called to complain, but we've been getting ready for a wedding and have had some personal health issues to deal with. I was always very happy with the chile from this company, and now I'm very disappointed.”

Gloria, you placed this order for our fresh, unroasted chile. I'm sorry that you did not order what you intended to but there are clear pictures on our product pages as well as detailed descriptions. I'm not sure how that was missed :( You're always welcome to call us if you have issues but in this case there isn't much we can really do :( As to the thickness of the meat on our chile, what we ship fresh is what we process. How you roast the chile has a lot to do with how much meat you get out of it. If we don't roast it ourselves, we can't really control the final product either :(

“Perfectly grown, long straight green fleshy chilies! Arrived with only one broken chile, none wilted and they actually looked artificial!....that's how perfect they looked. Taste is wonderful .yum!
