“I was fairly disappointed as when I got my chiles, most of the box had already turned red and a good chunk of the box had already started to liquify/decay. I've typically ordered from a different company in the past and lead time between order and delivery was far quicker than your company, as well as better quality. However, I chose to go with you guys this year because I was looking for someone better than them because of expense and their chiles were small. I thought I'd have better luck with you but I really didn't. I live in Houston so I understand sending fresh product can be difficult, but I almost rather get my mother to buy a bushel off the street and send it to me. All Imy really looking for is fresh firm chiles that have a good heat to them and I can't seem to get that.”

“Two things bring me back every year to purchase fresh green chile from the Hatch Chile Store. First is the outstanding quality of the produce. It is fresh, flavorful and of the best quality. Second is the customer service. There is no better service there. They answer your phone calls and emails quickly and always do their very best to make sure your needs are met. Old time personal service is tops in my book and they have it nailed down. You won't find better chile or customer service out there. I wish shipping was not so expensive, but that's not a negative for the Hatch Chile Store. Delivered on time and in great condition.”
