“The Chile order was fresh and good size, but had some no heat at all. For me, medium-low has some Chile flavor and yours did not. Therefore, value was not there!!”

Dear Marcella, We actually advertise that Big Jim has a wide range of heat and that it is an inconsistent variety. Some of the chile you received will be very hot, others will be on the mild side. That is typical of Big Jim.

“Chili arrived in great condition and they were large and meaty. Some of the best chili I've ever gotten from Hatch, and I've been ordering Hatch chili for 5 years or so! Used to use another company there, but was disappointed with my shipment last year, so I ordered from the Hatch Chili Store this year. “The fresh Big Jim chili's arrived in good shape at our home in Idaho. There is nothing like spending a few hours roasting chili and savoring the wonderful aroma! Of course we sampled some of the Big Jim's right off the grill! They are excellent- very good flavor, meaty, and the amount of heat that we love. You can't go wrong ordering from the Hatch Chili Store!”
